Twenty-two years ago, Leslie Rubin founded the Break the Cycle Program with a clear, urgent purpose: to break the cycle of poverty and address its devastating intergenerational impact on children’s health and well-being.  Leslie understood early on that poverty is more than just a financial struggle—it is a health crisis that passes from one generation to the next.
